Koma Mail is a free portable e-mail client. It supports multiple user accounts, IMAP, POP3, SMAP, WebDAV, encryption via SSL, spam filter, built in RSS feed reader, calendar, html editor, inline images, attachments, contact manager and much more.

It is made available in 17 different languages and requires roughly 5.44MB of free disk space for installation. At one time this software made for a great portable alternative email client. However, I should note that this software is no longer being updated, as Matthias (the author) has moved on to other things. As such, there may be unknown security risks if one prefers to keep using it.
