Base64 Decoder

Base64 Decoder is a Free and portable decoder tool created by Tim Rohlfs. It can be used to convert base64 data back to its original source code. This software might also be used to decode attachments found in email files.

For example, I used it as a Windows Live mail attachment extractor to base 64 decode email (.eml) files. Then saved or extracted those Base 64 encoded email attachments to another location. This base 64 decoding tool is exceptionally tiny, taking up roughly 408 KB worth of space. Making it a great candidate to take with you to run portably from a USB flash drive.
