ChrisControl – Portable VNC Viewer
ChrisControl is another great Free Portable VNC Veiwer. Virtual Network Computing (VNC) enables you to view and control another computer remotely via your computers mouse, keyboard and monitor. ChrisControl was originally written as a plugin for the PE Builder Utillity. It works by attempting to scan remote systems to see if VNC servers or RDP (Remote Desktop Protocols) are installed and running. If servers are not found, ChrisControl will prompt the remote user to install VNC Server on the remote system. ChrisControl will proceed to install a VNC server, and start a connection to the remote system.
Note: You will be prompted when first launching the program to create a ChrisControl.ini file that is used to store settings. this application does not write to the system registry as far as I know.
