HydraIRC – Portable IRC Client

HydraIRC is a Portable Internet Relay Chat (IRC) client. It's dockable and as is with most IRC clients, supports both DCC chat and file transfers. The author also offers a plugin that includes a bonus sound pack for use with HydraIRC's sound notifications for those that prefer audiable notifications. This Portable IRC Client requires 2.17MB of disk space once extracted.
