Savage Full Enhancement is a multiplayer online real time strategy game. Based on Savage, the game is played online with other human players. The game consists of two or more teams and each team has one commander. The first player who selects the command button has the opportunity to be the teams commander. The commander designates weapons, places buildings to be built, and commands the entire team.  The team can vote to eject the current commander and can vote in a new commander if they choose. The rest of the players play the game like a first or third person shooter, they can also help build buildings and gather resources.

Frets on Fire is a fun game that can be used to test your musical skills and fast finger playing agility. The focus of the game is to a play guitar with your keyboard as accurately as you can. It works on the same basis as guitar hero, but ironically, you use your keyboard as your instrument. I highly recommend using the tutorial to get started. Remember it's all in good humor. Typhoon 2001 is a Free game that was originally inspired by Tempest and Tempest 2000 an Atari Jaguar Game. It was designed using the same concepts but with improved graphics and sound. The game starts out easy and the difficulty slowly rises per level. There are over 100 levels of gameplay, seven different enemies, starting level is selectable and the game can be controlled via the mouse/Keyboard or gamepad. Typhoon 2001 uses OpenGL and Allegro.

Nexuiz is another great Free 3D First Person Shooter Game that can be run directly from an external hard drive or other portable media device. As opposed to some other well known portable 3D First Person Shooter games, Nexuiz looks and plays great with outstanding graphics. The only drawback is that installation requires nearly 300MB of Free space on the portable device.
