12Voip is free voice over IP software. Like many other VOIP products, it enables a computer user with internet access to have superb high quality voice conversations with friends and relatives from all over the world. Using this 12Voip tool, you can call landlines or even mobile cell phones for free * in the USA and many other Countries, using only a computer and an internet connection. You can also call online friends using "peer-to-peer calls". This application requires roughly 9.85MB for completely portable stand alone installation.

How to make 12VOIP Portable (standalone):
- Download Universal Extractor and extract the files from within
- Download the setup12voip.exe
- Create a folder named 12VOIP on your USB device
- Using the Universal Extractor, extract the contents of the setup12voip.exe to the 12VOIP folder on your USB device
- Click 12voip.exe from the {app} folder within to launch the program
