Portable Total Organizer

Total Organizer allows a user to Organize and store personal information such as a contacts, notes, tasks and to-do items within an easy to navigate folder tree structure and calendar menu. Typically a user would install Total Organizer to a folder on their hard disk. But we are going to show you how to install Total Organizer to a folder on your USB flash drive, enabling you to bring your Organizer with you to use wherever you go.

Installing Total Organizer to a USB flash drive:
- Download The Universal Extractor tool and extract the contents to a folder
- Download Total Organizer
- Launch UniExtract.exe from the folder you extracted Universal Extractor to in step 1
- Under Archive/Installer to extract: browse to the Organizer_setup.exe downloaded in step 2
- Under Destination directory, browse to your USB flash drive then click OK to extract
- From the {app} folder on your USB flash drive, run make_portable.bat
- Now simply launch organizer.exe whenever you would like to run the program
